penny arcade

This was one of my most favorite places to go as a kid. The Penny Arcade in Manitou Springs. So, of course, I like to take my kiddos there every now and then. I don't know if it will hold the same special memories for them as it does for me. But I can hope.

There is just something amazingly magical about places like this. As soon as I walk in, I am transported back to my youth. To simpler times. To that childish space of wonder and possibility.

The whole reason we went was to take pictures in the photo booth, which was sadly out of order.

But, we still got to ride a few rides...

And take a trip to outer space.
